Trad for Trocaire

Tuesday 8th March - Trad for Trocaire

front1

Last Tuesday our school hosted a Trad for Trocáire sing along and dance. The Transition Year students
arranged for us to get wrist bands for Trad for Trocáire. They sold them on the
day for two euros a band.

We also noticed on this day that we have some very talented students in our school and also the Principal
Mr. Lillis. We enjoyed singing from all of our students and some lovely Irish
dancing and some cow girl dancing to the song wagon wheel. Everyone worked hard
for the enjoyable event. All students, parents and teachers sang along to the
songs. We all worked so hard and we even had Michael Darcy from the band Cornerboy
in our school to sing for us!! We practised so much and made this day an
enjoyable time for everyone. All teachers, parents and students sang along to
the songs. It was an amazing day in the end.
